As a Merchant, you retain control over your business data. You have the ability to access, modify, or Un-Published or Published personal and product-related information as required, subject to legal obligations. Through the platform’s settings, you can manage your permissions and adjust who has access to your business information.
All products listed on Krob Mok Kalip must comply with local tax regulations. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that taxes are applied correctly. The sale of illegal or restricted items, such as drugs, is strictly forbidden. Merchants attempting to sell such products will face immediate suspension. All new products and changes to existing product listings must be submitted for review and approval by the Krob Mok Kalip admin team before they become available to customers.
Krob Mok Kalip provides opportunities for Merchants to participate in platform-wide Product Promotions and Flash Deals. Merchants can create promotional offers to boost product visibility and sales. However, all promotional activities, including price discounts and special deals, must be reviewed and approved by the admin team.
Any new vouchers or promotional discounts created by Merchants must go through an approval process before they can be made available to customers. This ensures that the vouchers are applied fairly and in line with Krob Mok Kalip’s promotional policies.
Merchants are required to manage orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment. For restaurants, this means preparing and delivering orders as quickly as possible to meet customer expectations. For Merchants selling non-perishable items (e.g., home materials or cosmetics), products must be ready for delivery within one day of the customer’s order to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Krob Mok Kalip allows Merchants to engage with their customers in real time through Live Streaming. Merchants can host live streams to showcase their products, answer customer questions, and drive engagement. Live videos can be stored for up to one day, after which they will be automatically removed from the platform.
A commission will be deducted from each successful transaction. The commission rate varies based on the product category and the terms of the Merchant’s agreement with Krob Mok Kalip.
Merchants are expected to engage promptly and professionally with customers. Timely responses to inquiries and issues will enhance customer trust and increase the likelihood of repeat purchases. Engaging with customers in a respectful manner is essential for building long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
Message Content: All chat communications must adhere to high professional standards. Sharing external links, personal contact details, or any inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.
Data Privacy: Chats are stored securely and retained for one year, after which they are automatically deleted. Only authorized Merchant personnel can access chat logs, which are used solely for customer service and resolving disputes.
Notification System: Merchants and customers will receive real-time notifications when messages are sent. Merchants are expected to respond promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Usage of Chat: The chat system may only be used for interactions related to product inquiries, order issues, and customer support. Any attempt to solicit off-platform transactions or share promotional materials without customer consent is prohibited.
Multimedia Messaging: Merchants may exchange text, images (up to 5MB), video (up to 10MB), and voice messages (up to 30 seconds) with customers via the chat feature.
Users can report shops or Merchants for any issues they experience, including poor service, misrepresentation of products, or inappropriate behavior. These reports will be reviewed by Krob Mok Kalip’s admin team, and appropriate action will be taken based on the severity of the complaint. Merchants are expected to resolve issues promptly if contacted by Krob Mok Kalip regarding a report. Failure to address such issues may result in penalties, including suspension of your Merchant account.
To maintain the quality and reputation of Krob Mok Kalip, Merchants are required to meet the platform’s service level agreements. This includes timely order fulfillment, accurate product listings, and providing excellent customer service. Failing to meet these standards may result in penalties, including suspension or removal from the platform.
Merchants are responsible for maintaining the quality of their products as described in their listings. Any discrepancy between the product description and the actual product may lead to negative customer feedback and account suspension. Krob Mok Kalip reserves the right to remove products that do not comply with platform guidelines or legal standards.
