TERMS OF USE FOR DELIVERY MAN PLATFORM

Welcome to the Krob Mok Kalip Delivery Man Platform. These Terms of Use outline the rules and guidelines for using the platform as a delivery driver. By registering and using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Registration and Account Responsibilities

• Eligibility: To register as a delivery driver, you must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid ID, and have any necessary driving licenses and permits required by local law​​.

• Account Information: When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, contact details, and identification documents. You are responsible for keeping your information up-to-date at all times​.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to use it. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify Krob Mok Kalip immediately​.

2. Service Guidelines

As a delivery driver, you are expected to:

• Accept and Complete Orders: You are responsible for promptly accepting delivery orders assigned to you and completing them within the required timeframe. Orders must be delivered to the correct customer as specified in the app​​.

• Order Rejections: If you are unable to accept an order, you may reject it, but frequent rejections may affect your performance rating and access to future orders. Reasons for rejection must be valid, such as vehicle issues, personal emergencies, or unavailability​.

• Order Status Updates: You must update your order status during the delivery process (e.g., “Arrived at Shop,” “Start Delivery,” “Completed”) using the app’s features​​.

• Professional Conduct: You are expected to conduct yourself professionally at all times when interacting with customers, vendors, and the admin team. Rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated​​.

3. Delivery Responsibilities

• Timely Delivery: You must ensure timely deliveries according to the estimated delivery time provided in the app. Delays must be communicated to the customer and admin promptly​​.

• Handling Customer Orders: You are responsible for handling customer orders with care to prevent damage. Failure to do so may result in negative feedback and potential penalties​​.

• Completion Verification: Upon delivery, you must obtain a delivery code from the customer to verify that the order has been received. A photo of the delivered order may also be required to confirm completion​​.

4. Data Sharing

• Internal Use: Your data (such as order status, communication with customers, and performance metrics) will be used internally for managing deliveries, calculating payments, and monitoring performance​​.

• Platform Synchronization and Business Agreements: Your data may be shared with other platforms or systems if Krob Mok Kalip has a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or synchronization agreement with third-party platforms to enhance business operations or create additional opportunities for drivers. These agreements are designed to improve service offerings and provide more work opportunities for staff​​.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law or to comply with legal processes​.

5. Payment and Commission

• Earnings: You will earn a delivery fee for each completed order. The amount may vary based on the distance, type of order, and other factors​​.

• Commission: A percentage of each delivery fee will be deducted as a commission by Krob Mok Kalip. The specific commission rate will be outlined in your agreement​.

• Collecting Payment (Cash On Delivery - COD):

  • For orders where customers select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout, the delivery driver is responsible for collecting the payment from the customer at the time of delivery.
  • The collected amount must be handled securely and delivered to Krob Mok Kalip Head Office. The head office team will verify the payment collected against the system records to ensure accuracy​​.
  • Any discrepancies between the collected amount and the system records may result in further investigation, and the delivery driver will be held accountable for reconciling the difference​​.

• Withdrawal: You can request withdrawals of your earnings through the app. Withdrawals must be approved by the admin team, and funds will be disbursed according to the agreed payment schedule​.

6. Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive environment, you must:

• Respect Customers and Vendors: Maintain a respectful attitude toward customers, vendors, and other platform users at all times. Aggressive or unprofessional behavior will lead to penalties​​.

• No External Solicitation: You may not solicit customers for services outside of the Krob Mok Kalip platform. All transactions must take place through the platform to ensure accountability​.

• Comply with Local Laws: You are required to follow all local laws and regulations, including traffic laws and delivery-related regulations. Failure to comply may result in suspension from the platform​​.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Krob Mok Kalip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Repeated Order Rejections: If you frequently reject orders without valid reasons, your account may be temporarily suspended​​.

• Inappropriate Behavior: Any instance of misconduct, such as unprofessional communication, inappropriate behavior with customers, or non-compliance with the code of conduct, will lead to account suspension or termination​.

• Violations of the Terms: Any violation of these Terms of Use, including the failure to complete orders as required, sharing sensitive information, or soliciting off-platform transactions, may result in termination​.

8. Liability

• Delivery Risks: While Krob Mok Kalip strives to provide a secure platform, you acknowledge that there may be risks associated with making deliveries, such as accidents, theft, or loss. You assume these risks and agree that Krob Mok Kalip is not responsible for any damages arising from your participation as a delivery driver​.

• Insurance: You are required to maintain appropriate vehicle insurance coverage as mandated by local laws. Krob Mok Kalip is not liable for any accidents or damages related to your vehicle or delivery activities​.

9. Amendments

Krob Mok Kalip reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
