1. Introduction

Welcome to Krob Mok Kalip’s Flash Sale. By participating in the flash sale, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use in addition to Krob Mok Kalip’s general platform policies.

2. Eligibility

• Customer Eligibility: Only registered users of the Krob Mok Kalip platform are eligible to participate in flash sales.
• Vendor Participation: Flash sales are managed exclusively by Krob Mok Kalip. Vendors do not have the authority to create or manage flash sales independently.

3. Flash Sale Duration and Availability

• Start and End Dates: Each flash sale will have a clearly specified start and end time, which is displayed on the product page. Sales are only valid within these timeframes.
• Limited Quantity: Flash sale products are offered in limited quantities. Once the quantity allocated for the sale is sold out, the product will no longer be available at the discounted price.
• First-Come, First-Served: Flash sale items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability until the purchase is completed.

4. Pricing and Discounts

• Special Prices: Flash sale items are offered at special discounted prices during the sale period. These prices are subject to change or may end without prior notice once the sale concludes or stock runs out.
• No Retroactive Discounts: Discounts available during the flash sale are applicable only for the duration of the sale. Items purchased before or after the sale period will not be eligible for the flash sale discount.

5. Voucher and Coupon Usage

• Voucher Application: Customers can apply eligible vouchers or coupons to their flash sale purchases. However, all vouchers must be claimed prior to checkout and approved by the admin.
• Voucher Limitations: Only one voucher or coupon can be applied per transaction during the flash sale. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
• Admin Approval: Flash sale vouchers are subject to approval from the admin. If a voucher is not applicable to a specific product, it will not be processed at checkout.

6. Order Confirmation and Payment

• Order Processing: All orders placed during a flash sale must be confirmed by either the vendor or the admin. Once confirmed, customers will receive a notification about the status of their purchase.
• Payment Methods: Payment for flash sale items can be made using the platform’s available payment options, including ABA PAY, KHQR, credit/debit cards, ACLEDA Deeplink, or Cash on Delivery.
• Final Sale: All sales during the flash sale are final, with no price adjustments for items purchased before or after the sale.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• No Cancellations: Once an order for a flash sale item has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only for items that are explicitly marked as refundable. The refund process will follow Krob Mok Kalip’s standard refund policy, subject to admin and vendor approval.

8. Stock Availability and Product Limitations

• Stock Limitations: Flash sale products are offered in limited quantities. Krob Mok Kalip does not guarantee stock availability for all customers due to high demand.
• Product Variants: In the case of flash sale items with multiple variants (e.g., colors, sizes), stock for each variant may differ, and availability will be displayed on the product page.

9. Notification System

• Sale Notifications: Registered customers who follow specific vendors or product categories may receive notifications about upcoming flash sales. Krob Mok Kalip may also notify customers about sales through platform-wide announcements.
• No Responsibility for Missed Sales: Krob Mok Kalip is not responsible for notifications missed due to system issues, user settings, or other factors outside the platform’s control.

10. Changes to Flash Sale Terms

Krob Mok Kalip reserves the right to modify or terminate the flash sale or its terms at any time, without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.

11. Liability

• No Guarantees: Krob Mok Kalip does not guarantee the availability of any product during the flash sale. Participation in the sale does not guarantee that the item will be in stock or available for the entire sale duration.
• Platform Issues: Krob Mok Kalip is not responsible for technical issues that may arise during the flash sale (e.g., slow loading times, checkout errors). Customers are encouraged to finalize purchases promptly to avoid missing out.

12. Governing Law

These Flash Sale Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cambodia.
